JANKE, Harry 67 years of age, passed away, Wednesday December 29, 2004 after a short but very courageous battle with cancer, at the Largo Medical Center, while vacationing in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. He was born in Poland and came to Canada in 1950. Harry worked very hard as the owner of HRK Restoration Services for the past 32 years. He found pride and joy in his work and was grateful for all the friends he met along his journey. Harry is survived by his loving wife Janice (Pearson) of 42 years, as well as his children Randy and Kim (Mr. Pocono, Pennsylvania); Corey (London); Darren and Dana (La Salle); Heather and Brent (Kingston); Rachel and Jason (East Pointe, Michigan); and Kristina (Windsor). He is also survived by his loving sister Erna McKenzie, his brother Helmut and his wife Geraldine. He was the proud grandfather of Aaron, Ryan, Maria and Sarah. He was the son in-law of Robert and Hazel Pearson and brother-in-law of Mark and his wife Beverly, all of Ocala, Florida. He is predeceased by his mother Martha (2004) as well as his brother-in-law, Ken (2003). Harry is remembered as a loving husband and a fantastic friend to his family. Harry's friends will be received at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (326-2631) on Sunday 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to celebrate Harry's life, from the funeral home on Monday, January 3, 2005 at 11 a.m. Cremation.
