Robert Andrew Campbell December 21, 1934 - July 15, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Chapel Lawn Funeral Home After a lengthy illness, Bob, beloved husband of Eileen (Boychuk), passed away peacefully on July 15th, 2004 at CPL Parkview Place. Bob was born in Winnipeg (1934) to Elizabeth and Hugh Campbell. Growing up, Bob spent years in Churchill and many prairie towns before settling in Dauphin. Bob enjoyed a long career as a lineman with the CNR, first in Canora, Saskatchewan and finally in Winnipeg. Many of his co-workers became life long friends. He also enjoyed his family. Bob's devotion and love for "Josh" was a seminal part of his life. He was a strong man who never sat down, except to eat and sleep. One of Bob's proudest achievements was joining AA, which he credited with saving his life. A special thank you to the very caring staff and floor mates of Parkview Place. Left to fondly remember Bob are sons (deceased mother Dorothy nee Kaleta) Norman (Elizabeth), Gordon (Judith), and Bob (Joannie); grandchildren Christopher, Hugh, Mark, and Sam; and Eileen's children Debbie, Jerry (Julie) & grandchild Joshua. Bob was predeceased by his granddaughter Hope Elizabeth. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.
