CLOWATER, IRENE The passing of Irene (Lovelace) Clowater of Porter Cove, NB occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton on Thursday February 19th. She was the wife of the late Frederick William Clowater. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. Miramichi Valley Funeral Home (365-7577) entrusted with the arrangements. Paru le 20-02-2004 CLOWATER, IRENE The death of Irene Clowater of Porter Cove, wife of the late Frederick William Clowater, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on February 19, 2004. Born in Hayesville, she was the daughter of the late John Lovelace and Margaret (Harrison) Munn. Up until last fall, Irene was an avid flower gardner and enjoyed entertaining her neighbours. Irene is survived by a daughter, Virginia Davidson (Arnold) of Currieburg; three grandchildren, Ross Davidson (Shelley) of Pepper Creek, Lyle Davidson (Gulhanim) of Toronto, and Ian Davidson (Wendy) of Woodlands; three great grandsons, Brody, Colby and Tristan; three sisters, Anna Spencer of Fredericton, Lottie O'Donnell of Hayesville, and Lucy Hinchey of New Bandon; sisters-in-law Celia Barclay of Fredericton, Velma Clowater of Boiestown, and Marie Clowater of Virginia, USA and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, Irene was predeceased by a son, Harold Clowater; brothers Earl Lovelace, Nelson Lovelace, Peter Lovelace, Charles Lovelace and Arthur Lovelace; and two sisters Nancy Munn and Christy Munn. Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, 7681 Route 8, New Bandon, New Brunswick on Monday from 2 PM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 24, at 2 PM at the Boiestown United Church with Rev. Beverly Daley officiating. Pallbearers for the service are Ross Davidson, Ian Davidson, Harry Pond, Ernest Scott, Orville Scott and Allen Munn. Interment will take place at the Boiestown United Church Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, floral tributes and remembrances to the United Church Cemetery or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. Condolences may be offered via
