Mrs. Gladys "Annie" Minosky October 20, 1909 - December 07, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Valley View Funeral Home (Surrey) Minosky-Gladys(Annie) age 96, Born October 20, 1909 in Taber Alberta, passed away December 7, 2004 peacefully, in her sleep at Peace Arch Hospital. Gladys was loved by all who knew her. She was Life member of Army & Navy Club in Steveston Branch #284 and enjoyed her time at the cabin in Birch Bay, her winters in Yuma, Arizona and being with her Family. She was always known for making her Famous Pancakes even when she was out camping in her Motor Home. She is survived by Daughters: Maxine King, Sharman Burman-Jasper, Sons: Fred Merriman(Kathleen), Robert Wayne Minosky(Debbie), Sister: Cleo Longacre(Louis), Sister in-law: Flo Tubbs, Brothers: Billy(Anna), Lester, George(Rose), Roy Tubbs, Brother-in-law: Slim Sheppard. She has numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren plus many special friends in Canada and the United States, who will miss her. She is predeceased by Beloved Husbands George Minosky and Lloyd Merriman, son: William Merriman, sister: Mable Sheppard, brother: Charles Tubbs, sister-in-law: Peggy Tubbs, Nellie Tubbs. The family wishes to thank the Doctors and Nurses and Staff at Evergreen Baptist Care Home and 5th floor Peace Arch Hospital for their loving care. Service to be held at Valley View Funeral Home, in the Arbor Centre, 14660-72nd Ave., Surrey, BC, on Saturday, December 11, 2004 at 1:00pm, a reception to follow the service for family and friends.
