Beloved husband of the former Lucille Ranger. Dear father of Gaetan Massie and Rachelle Massie both of Ottawa, Marc Massie (Nancy Shaw) of Smiths Falls and Richard Massie (Sherry-Lee Laughlin) of Orleans. Loving grandfather of Holli Purdy, Luc and Noah Massie all of Smiths Falls, Taylor and Camryn Massie of Orleans. Dear son of the late Darcino Massie and the late Berthe Proulx. Dear brother of Aline Lalonde (wife of the late Aime Lalonde) of Kingston, Jean Massie (Doris Patterson) of Ste Eustache, Quebec, Eugene Massie (Cecile Faucher) of Montreal, Quebec, Bruno Massie (Laurette Montpetit) and Rita (Mrs. Reynald Lauzon) both of Alexandria, Yvette (Mrs. Roger Forgues) of Cornwall, Lucien Massie (Gisele Damphousse) of Montreal, Quebec and Madeleine Laporte (wife of the late Darl Laporte) of Alexandria. Predeceased by one sister, Mrs. Pauline Ranger and by one brother, Leo Massie. Resting at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West, Cornwall from 2 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Friday, February 1, 2002 for Mass of Christian Burial in Ste Therese de Lisieux Church Cornwall, at 11 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall.
