In hospital, Perth, on Wednesday, January 30, 2002, James C. Blair in his 89th year. Husband of the late Anna E. (Charlton). Cherished father of Murray (Nancy) and John (Debbie) Blair of Brooke and Pat (Paul) Duffy of Perth. Loved grandfather of Leanne (Glenn) Nisbet, Rosemary (Steve) Musclow, Paula (Greg) Coleman, Lisa and Jonathan Blair and great-grandfather of Tyler, Sarah and Andrew Musclow and Blair Coleman. Jim was the brother of Grace (the late George) Meldrum of Perth, William (Leona) Blair of Brooke, Bonar (Donna) Blair of Perth, Laura (John) Boetsch of Toronto and Lois (Robert) Bennett of Smiths Falls. Brother-in-law of Marjorie Blair, Vera Truelove, Edith McQuatt, Lila Blair and the late Eva Purdon and was predeceased by sisters Eileen (the late Ernest) Kirkham, Hilda Blair, infant sisters Norma and Marion Blair and brothers Daulphin and Donald (the late Eleanor) Blair. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth, Saturday, February 2, 2002 from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in St. Stephen's Church, Brooke, Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Interment, St. Stephen's Cemetery.
