February 2, 2002. Husband of Riva and the late Mary Shostak. Father, father-in-law of Lori and Barry Goodman, Brian (Brigid), Richard (Natalie). Son of the late Bessie and the late Jack Karbelnik. Brother and brother-in-law of Fay Wax (late Ben), Lou (Annette) of Halifax, Ann and the late Mike (Frances). Brother-in-law of Helen and Mayer Frank and Murray Shostak. Grandfather of Matthew, Mitchell Karol, Brittany, Alexa Goodman. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews Allan, Brenda, Shawn Wax, Tracy, Bonnie, Bena and Mimi. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Tuesday, February 5 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane.
