Lovingly surrounded by family, on Monday, February 4, 2002, in her seventy-ninth year. Beloved wife of Duncan (Mike) MacTavish. Dearest mother of Garry (Joan Clarke), Reid (Debbie Mott), Brenda (Burt McHardy), Sheila (Larry Kennedy), Dale (Late Burton Bates), Kim (Ken Westgate), Richard (Darlene Bates) and Colleen (Tim Kirkpatrick). Cherished grandmother of twelve and great-grandmother of two. Loved sister of Irvin (Joyce), Kathleen (Morris Graves) and the late Kenneth (Lena). Also survived by her sister-in-law Elsie (Coral Young). Predeceased by her brothers-in-law Richard and Carlyle (late Laura). Funeral service Thursday, February 7, 2002 at 1 p.m. from the chapel of the J.P. MacKimmie Funeral Home, 660 Main Street, Lachute, Quebec. Interment at Shaw's Cemetery, Harrington, Quebec.
