Suddenly on Tuesday, February 12, 2002. Beloved husband of Lucie. Step-father of Catherine and Vincent. Dear son of Lily and the late Sidney Kagan. Loving cousin of Rissa and Eddie Mechaly, Mary-Ann Lanyon, Sara, Ariel, Naomi, Gillian and Hilary. He will be sadly missed by his relatives and friends.
