Lori Clarke and Jeff MacDonald are sad to announce the death of their son, Tristan Jeffry. He was born and died on February 14, 2002. Our precious angel spent such a short time with us but will forever be in our hearts. A memorial service will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd.) on Saturday, February 23, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
