February 17, 2002. Peacefully with friend Lynda Hire at his side at the Barrie Memorial Hospital aged eighty-two years. Uncle of Carol Mitchell (Dean Watson) of Beaconsfield, Que. and Harry and family of Vancouver. He will be sadly missed by his best friend Lynda Hire of Hemmingford, Que. Resting at the J.M. Sharpe Funeral Home, 461 Champlain Ave., Hemmingford. A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 21 at 11 a.m. at the Field of Honor Cemetery in Pointe Claire.
