Peacefully in hospital surrounded by her family on Sunday, February 17, 2002, age 69 years. Mildred Scharf, beloved wife of the late George Nuthers. Loving mother of Tom (Carolyn), Christine Watson (James) and John (Fiona). Cherished grandmother of Curtis and Daniel Nuthers and David and Nancy Watson. Sister of Donald Scharf (Kay). Predeceased by her parents Albert and Gladys Scharf and her sister Mavis Decker. Special thanks to Dr. Mimeault and nursing staff of section D, 2nd floor, Civic Hospital for their care and support. Friends may call at the Rideau Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Drive, Kars (east of Hwy 416) on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Arlington Woods Free Methodist Church, 225 McClellan Road, Nepean on Thursday at 2 p.m. Spring interment Rideauvale Cemetery.
