In hospital, Perth, Ontario on Monday, February 18, 2002, Edith Jane (Closs) Molyneaux in her 86th year. Daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth Closs and wife of the late J. Carl Molyneaux (December 2000). Much loved mother of Bev (Finn) Waligorski of Stonewall, Manitoba, Eileen (Allan) McPherson and Nancy (Walter) Brady of Perth, Brian (Pat) of Lanark, Howard of Poland, George and Heather of Lanark; Edith was predeceased by daughters Shirley and Connie, son Gordon and an infant daughter. Cherished grandmother of Shawn McLellan of Ignace, Dean (Rhonda) McLellan of Thunder Bay, Jackie (Jimmy) Katsoulis of Perth, Larry Dixon of Las Vegas, Philip (Jo-Anne) Brady of Perth, Tricia (Bob) Naski of Oxford, Michigan, Carey Anne (Todd) Woods of Lanark, Melanie Leroux (Kevin O'Neil), Carl (Becky) Molyneaux and Robin (Kevin) Choffe all of Perth, Sadie Molyneaux (Mark King), Cole Molyneaux, Shannon (Josh) Milotte and Hannah Lee Thompson all of Lanark. Sadly missed by 8 great-granddaughters and 13 great-grandsons. Dear sister of Floyd (Martha) Closs of Harrowsmith, Helen Crate and Lillian Murphy of Smiths Falls and the late Harold and Ken Closs. Edith will be sadly missed by her roommate and special buddy Ila Conroy and dear friend Gordon McLellan. Friends may pay their respects at the Young Funeral Home, Lanark, Tuesday, February 19, 2002 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in St. Andrew's United Church, Lanark, Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Pine Grove Cemetery.
