Suddenly in hospital at Almonte on Tuesday, February 19, 2002. Eugene Flynn of Almonte and formerly of Bancroft, age 75 years. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Helen Fuller and much loved dad of Michael of Oshawa and Patti (late Pat Donahue) of Almonte. Dear brother of Patrick of Barry's Bay, Reg of Maynooth and Mrs. Joan Gallagher of Peterborough. Predeceased by 5 sisters; Mrs. Molly Hickey, Mrs. Nellie McGurk, Mrs. Kathleen Dupuis, Mrs. Loyola Whitmore and Zita Flynn and by 1 brother Jack. Friends may call at the C.R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m Thursday. Funeral Friday to Holy Name of Mary Church, Almonte for Celebration of the Eucharist at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Interment of cremated remains, St. Ignatius Cemetery, Maynooth. Donations in memory of Eugene may be made to the Almonte General Hospital or St. Mary's Memorial Fund (The Restoration) and would be greatly appreciated by his family.
