Former Program Director Galilee Mission Centre After a long illness on Thursday, February 21, 2002, age 52 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Michael for 30 years. Dear mother of Gregory and Zachary. Loving daughter of Phyllis Read (Ron) and the late John Douglas Shearer. Much loved sister of David Shearer (Chris), Catherine Schipilow (Bill) and Jean Emerson (John) and daughter in-law of Frances McNamara and the late Lawrence McNamara and sister in-law of Lorraine Emond and Gary McNamara. Also survived by nephews Sheldon, Douglas, John and nieces Beth and Kristina. Wendy will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family and many friends in the Cursillo Community and the Waupoos Community. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road, Thursday, February 28, 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, March 1, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Funeral will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 151 Laurier Avenue, Saturday, March 2, 2002 at 12 noon.
