(October 7, 1940). Passed away at Vancouver General Hospital peacefully on February 21, 2002, after a long and courageous battle. David will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Joanne, children Jessica, Christopher and Catherine, his brothers and sister, Keith (Mary), Donna and William, numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends in both Montreal and B.C. Dear Daddy, thank you for getting us so far along our road, we couldn't have made it without you. Thank you for sharing your creative talents with us through all aspects of musical theater. Thank you for helping us love the arts. Thank you for your talented way with words. Thank you for the countless jigsaw puzzles and numerous walks with Tuppy. Thank you for games of soccer and badminton. Thank you for your never ending support and your patience with us. Thank you for teaching us to see the bright side of life. Thank you for always laughing and your sense of humor. Thank you for 24 years of marriage and 22 years of fatherhood. We will love you always, Jo, Jessa, Chris and Cathy.
