(1914-2002). Peacefully at the Charles Lemoyne Hospital on February 22, 2002 aged eighty-seven. Beloved husband of Anna Melnitzky. Dear father of Thomas (Lorraine), Barbara (Bill), Ian, Donna (Gordon), Andrew (Halina), Margaret (Peter) and David. Predeceased by daughter Mary-Helen. Will be sadly missed by fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is survived by his brother Robert and sisters Margaret, Lena and Betty, also many relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 8145 Chemin Chambly, St. Hubert. The funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday, March 2 at 11 a.m. at Greenfield Park United Church, 335 Springfield, Greenfield Park, thence to Jardins Urgel Bourgie, South Shore. Visiting hours Thursday, February 28 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. The Montreal Gazette, 26-02-2002
