Of Sutton, Quebec, passed away at Manoir Lac Brome in Knowlton on February 22, 2002 in her eightieth year. Nore left us with daughter Catherine at her side after a courageous and difficult struggle with cancer. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of fifty-five years, Edmund Eberdt. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Annette, her son Frank and wife Karen and her daughter Catherine and her partner Roger, and her grandchildren Brian, Matthew, Caroline, and Samantha. Nore was an active volunteer with a wonderful zest for life. She was a dedicated wife and mother who loved to entertain and also care for her many beautiful plants and flowers. Her passing saddens her large circle of friends in Montreal, Knowlton and Sutton. The family would like to express its deep appreciation for the kindness these friends have shown during the recent difficult months and especially for the compassionate care Nore received from the dedicated staff at the Manoir Lac Brome. donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
