Ph.D (U ot T) P.Eng. Of Ottawa, suddenly on March 1, 2002 in the Cayman Islands. Born in Wilmersdorf, Germany, 1917; only son of Alma Schafer and Otto Wilhelm Pfeffer; grandson of noted plant physiologist Dr. Wilhelm Pfeffer. Beloved husband of Gladys (nee Nassif) and father of Lynn and Robert (Martha). Grandfather of Jessica and Ellena. Our hearts are broken by the loss of such a warm and gentle man. His generosity and compassion touched many.
