Suddenly following a brief illness on March 4, 2002 at age sixty-five. Father to Heather (Brian Collinson), Cynthia (Lindsay Brown) and John (Marie Lafleur). Also survived by five grandchildren Lydia, Thomas, Robbie, Alexandre and Anne-Marie. Predeceased by spouse Linda. He will be sorely missed as Mr. Fix-it to many friends and neighbours. Funeral service Thursday, March 7, 2002 at 11 a.m. from St. Simeon's Anglican Church, Main St., Lachute, Que. Visitation at the J.P. MacKimmie Funeral Home, 660 Main St., Lachute, on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
