Suddenly at the Ottawa Civic Hospital, on Wednesday, March 6, 2002 at the age of 85. Predeceased by his wife Gerda. Survived by his brother Alistair and sister Margaret of Scotland. He will be sadly missed by his niece Sandra (Roger), great niece Sylvia, great-nephews Colin (Sarah) and Gavin, and great-great niece Kayleigh. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt, on Sunday March 10, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until Funeral Service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
