William RANKIN

(Retired Architect, Public Works Canada, and long time supporter of community theatre) Peacefully at his home near Brockville, on Wednesday, March 6, 2002; William Wallace Rankin at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of Dorian Rankin. Loving father of Peggy Owen and her husband Glen of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Barbara Plunkett and her husband Paul of Mississauga and Sandy Rankin of Smiths Falls. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Jessica, Patrick, Geordie, Pamela and Tom. Also survived by his sister Jean Rankin, and his brother James Rankin and his wife Betty. Sadly missed by nieces Heather and Christine, and by nephews Michael and Mark. Family and friends are invited to gather for a celebration of Bill's Life at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Saturday, March 9th from 2 to 4 p.m. In remembrance, memorial donations to the S.P.C.A., the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
