1916 - 2002 Passed away peacefully in hospital, March 7, 2002 aged 85 years. Beloved husband of Raj. Cherished father of Rashim and the late Rajesh. Loving brother of Sarla. Devoted grandfather of Justin. Loving father-in-law of Suzanne and Martin. Will be sadly missed by many nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and colleagues. Chatar had a long and distinguished career in the diplomatic service of India and subsequently in real estate with Royal Lepage. Friends may visit the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Saturday, March 9th from 3 to 5 p.m. Remembrance and Prayer Service in the Chapel on Sunday at 3 p.m. Donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute.
