Suddenly at home on Thursday, March 7, 2002. Wendy Suzanne Low of Ottawa, Ontario in her 44th year. Loving daughter of Barbara (Dinney) Low and the late James Low (2002) of Ottawa. Dear sister of Penny Brown (Robert) of California. Loved and sadly missed by her cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
