Peacefully in the Smiths Falls Hospital on Thursday, March 7, 2002, with his wife and son at his side. Don Ritchie, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of 62 years to Mildred A. French. Loving father to Tom and his wife Mercedes. Cherished grandfather to Don, Stewart, Doug and Tara Lee; and great-grandfather to five. No visitation as requested. Cremation. A Memorial Service will be held at the St. Peter's Anglican Church in Newboyne, Ontario, on Saturday, March 16, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. In memory of Don, donations to the Smiths Falls Community Hospital would be appreciated.
