Alexander GURSKI

After a brief illness, passed away on March 10, 2002 at the Notre Dame Hospital, Montreal, at the age of eighty-four. Beloved husband of Ann Bednarz. Beloved father of Diane (Maurice Massicotte), Mary-Ann (Reg Noble), and Janet (Bruce Bouchard). Loving grandfather of Melanie, Bart and Natalie (Diego) and great-grandfather of Isaac James and brother of Edwin Gurski. Alex will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The family wish to thank the nurses and staff of L'Hopital Notre Dame for their excellent care, kindness and compassion. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 12, from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 13, from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Alfred Dallaire Funeral Home, 2590 Rouen St. (corner of Gascon). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, corner of Gascon and Hochelaga Streets, on Thursday, March 14, at 10 a.m. Donations may be made in his name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 1434 Ste Catherine St. West, Suite 500, Montreal, QC, or to a charity of your choice.
