(Veteran WWII, R.C.A.F.) Suddenly, but peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 16, 2002. Harry Davis of Nepean, age 89 years. Beloved husband of Betty Wilcox and much loved dad of Mrs. Dianna Hardy (Andrew) of Calgary, Leslie of Almonte and Alan (Angela) of Nepean. Predeceased by two sisters; Edith and Mrs. Helen Bassam and by five brothers; Charles, William, Leslie, Fred and Alfred. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Friends may call at the C.R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte, Ontario for visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and where a complete Service including committal will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m., Rev. Derek Shelly officiating, spring interment, Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte. Donations in memory of Harry may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation and would be greatly appreciated by his family.
