Veteran WWII, RCAF Sadly, on Friday, March 22, 2002, in his 79th year, after a lengthy illness. Beloved husband for 56 years to Jean (nee Roy). Proud father of Ian (Lynda) of Portland, ON, Colin (Debbie) and Scott (Lisa), of Ottawa. Dear grandfather of Christopher, Glenn, April, Julia, Drew and Maxwell. Great-grandfather of Nathaniel, Kelcee, Kaelan and Madeleine. Brother of Roy (Eleanor), Doris (Mel Lavergne) and Valda (John McLean). Predeceased by brother Donald (Helen) and sister Bertha (Don Brady). At his request there will be no visitation. Friends may attend a Service of Remembrance in the Chapel of the Perley Rideau Veterans Health Centre, 1750 Russell Road, on Wednesday, March 27, at 2 p.m. A reception will follow.
