Following a lengthy illness, at Bonnechere Manor, Renfrew on Friday, March 22, 2002. Elmer Rath of White Lake, 2 days shy of his 73rd birthday. Dearly loved husband of Lillian Sampson. Beloved father of Ken (Carol) of Waba and Bruce (Patti) of White Lake. Special granddad of Tanya, B.J., Joel and Jason. Also survived by 3 sisters and 4 brothers; Jim (Velma), Clare (Irene) and Mrs. Ann Timmons (Robert) all of Richmond, Raymond (Carol) of Stavely, Alberta, Charlie (Debbie) of Clayton, Mrs. Elaine Fulton (John) of Almonte and Mrs. Mary Forlippa of Nepean. Predeceased by his infant sister; Myrtle and brother; Wilfred. Friends may call at the C.R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte for visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and where Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 2 p.m., Pastor John Shane officiating. Interment St. George's Anglican Cemetery, Clayton.
