Peacefully, Friday March 22, 2002 Giuseppe Scaffardi age 71. Beloved husband of Rita Chiappa. Loving father of Ivana (Paolo Copelli) and Mario (Cindy). Proud grandfather of Matteo and Fabiana Copelli. Son of Elisa and the late Tomaso Scaffardi of Italy. Survived by sister Nella of Itay and brothers and sisters-in-law in Ottawa and Italy. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Rd. (east of Bank) Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Monday to St. Anthony's Church for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11 a.m. Donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation or the Villa Marconi appreciated.
