In hospital on Saturday, March 23, 2002, Shirley Reid of Kenmore in her 68th year. Beloved wife of Harry Ross. Dear mother of Allan of Yellowknife, Larry (Nancy) of Ottawa and Lisa of Winchester. Loving grandmother of Melissa, Christopher, Adam, Samuel and Charles. Sister of the late Donald. A special thank-you to Dr. Brian Devin and the staff of the second floor at Winchester Hospital. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Duncan Funeral Home, 6971 Bank Street (formerly Highway 31, between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Thursday in the Chapel for Service at 2 p.m. Spring Inurnment Spring Hill Cemetery. Donations made to Winchester & District Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
