Peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital, Monday, March 25, 2002, James Martin in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Mary Payne. Dear father of Ruth Martin of Renfrew, Jane Martin of Ottawa and James (Pauline) Martin of Renfrew. Brother of William (Barbara) Carriere of Renfrew and brother-in-law of Agatha Martin of Kingston. Predeceased by brother Robert. Cherished grandfather of Ashley and Kelsey. Resting at the McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munro Avenue at Lorne, Renfrew, on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 1 to 1:40 p.m. Funeral Thursday to Trinity St. Andrews United Church for service at 1 p.m. Interment Horton Public Cemetery in the Spring.
