Peacefully in hospital after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family and friends, on Tuesday, March 26, 2002, at the age of 59. Beloved husband of Cathy Groves. Loving father of Heather. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas Alexander Ronald. Predeceased by his mother Rose. Ron will sadly be missed by many family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Gick, Dr. Allard and the staff at Elisabeth Bruyere Hospital. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Road (east of Bank), Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Monday to St. Bernard's Church for a Mass of Christian Funeral at 10 a.m. Interment Notre Dame Cemetery.
