Peacefully and surrounded by family, at his home RR #3, Lanark, Ontario on Wednesday, March 27, 2002 Bert H. Post at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Alida (Burgers) Post. Loved father of Frank (Francine) of Chelsea, Quebec, Margaret (Mich) Leflar of Ottawa and Julien at home. Dear brother of Henk (Doris) Post of Crystal Beach, Ontario, Gerarda (Wim) Franken of Port Perry, Truus (Leo) Van Tankeren and An Krynen both of Holland and Gerda (Wim) Moors of France. Bert will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his 6 grandchildren, family and many good friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Young Funeral Home, Lanark, on Saturday, March 30, 2002 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Sacred Heart Church, Monday at 10:00 a.m. In remembrance, donations to the Canadian Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
