Peacefully in hospital after a courageous battle with cancer, on Thursday, March 28, 2002. Frank, beloved husband of Susan Qingmin and loving father of Charles and Kyna. Dear brother of Yueze and Yuejin and brother-in-law of Qingyan and Yinbo. Frank will be dearly missed by his many loving friends. Friends may visit at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre or an education fund for Frank's children would be appreciated by the family. The Ottawa Citizen, 04-04-2002
