In hospital at Almonte with his daughter at his side on Good Friday, March 29, 2002. Fernley "Fred" Lockhart of Almonte, age 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary Turner and dearly loved dad of Mrs. Susan Hughes (Harry) of Ottawa, Peter (Jeannine) of Port Hope, Mrs. Dinah McDowall (Bill) of Devlin, John of Pakenham and Mrs. Catherine Gerhart (Jim) of Richmond, Virginia. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In accordance with Fred's wishes, private family arrangements are entrusted to the C.R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte Spring interment of cremated remains, Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte.
