Died peacefully Saturday April 6, 2002 at the Colonel By Retirement Home, Ottawa. Predeceased by her husband and soulmate William (Bill) McNair, her father Colonel Burt Lake, mother Marjorie Frances Lake, brothers Roy Lake and Burt Lake Jr.and sister Patricia Graham. Survived by her loving daughter Carol Sadler (England), her son-in-law Ian Sadler; her grandchildren Timothy and Hannah Sadler; her sister Judith Lake-Schwartz (Perth) and her brother-in-law Edgar Schwartz. Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephew, and great-nieces and nephews, as well as many friends. We shall all miss her. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society or your favorite charity, in her memory, would be appreciated. A private burial service was held for her. The Ottawa Citizen, 20-04-2002
