"When you saw only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you." With great sadness, we announce the passing of Eleanor Sweeney (Shanks) on Monday, April 15, 2002 in her 66th year. Beloved wife of Eric Sweeney. Devoted Mother of Wanda (Mike), Perth; Dale (Becky), Windsor; and Crystal of Amherstview. Loved daughter of Grace Shanks and the late Ken Shanks. Only sister of Barbara and Garnet Sproule. Cherished Grandmother of Jayme (Meagan) of London and Ashley and Shannon of Amherstview. A memorial service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, Ompah, on Friday, April 19, at 1 p.m. Donations to the M.S. Society or charity of your choice.
