Suddenly on Saturday, April 20, 2002 Jim Slater in his 56th year. Beloved husband of June E. (Greenwell) Slater. Cherished father of Teri Slater of Hopetown. Loved brother of Margaret Brock of Kitchener, Dorothy McMullin of Calgary, Robert (Cathy) of Cambridge, Catherine Maureen Slater of Strathroy, Bill (Marguerite) Slater of Zephyr and Deanne Couture of Petrolia. Jim will be a fondly remembered uncle of Derrick, Dean, Zachary, Riley, Christopher, Heather and Kelly. He was a special friend to Cassie and all who knew him. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth Tuesday, April 23rd from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held privately for the family.
