Peacefully on Sunday April 21, 2002 age 66 years. Loving husband of Joyce, beloved father of Jerry (Simone), Donna (Rick Dancer) and the late Dale Pape. Devoted grandfather of Christine, Gerry, Crystal, Jenny, Steven, Megan, Aaron and Ryan. Dear brother of Bernard, Jean, Vincent and Adrienne and the late Pierre and Paul. Jack will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may attend a Memorial Mass at St. Patrick's Basilica 281 Nepean St. at Kent on Friday April 26, 2002 at 10 a.m. Interment Beechwood Cemetery.
