At the Ottawa General Hospital on Wednesday, May 1, 2002, Susan Gillard (nee McMartin) of Ault Island, in her 45th year. Loving wife of Robert "Rowdy" Gillard. Loving mother of Ed Cadieux of Ingleside, Jennifer (Tim) Perry of R. R. #1, Iroquois, Krissie Gillard (Kevin Rice) of Morrisburg, and Shane Gillard (Julie Croteau) of Morrisburg. Loving daughter of Douglas McMartin of R. R. #1, Iroquois and the late Evelyn McMartin (nee Moriarty). Dear sister of Sharon McMartin of Ottawa, Wayne McMartin of Cornwall, and Marilyn McMartin of Ottawa. Susan will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Dylon, Lyndsay, Brennan, Drew, and Maggie. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Marsden & McLaughlin, Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Williamsburg United Church on Saturday, May 4th at 2 p.m., followed by cremation.
