September 27, 1924 - May 4, 2002 B.N.R. - Retired With great sadness the family announces the passing of Alan Knowles. Beloved husband of Dorothy. Dear father of Rolf (Lois), Gwen Campbell, Karen Bigham (Mark) and Heather Sanders (Mike). Loving grandfather of Christie, David, Sandy, Sean, Cory, Erin, Andrew, Ryan, Matthew, Jason and Sarah-Beth. A celebration of Alan's life will be held on Thursday, May 9th at the Pinecrest Cemetery Chapel (2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa) at 2 p.m. Reception to follow at the Pinecrest Reception Centre.
