(retired-Bell Canada) Peacefully at home after a short illness on Wednesday, May 8, 2002. Louis McManus aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Sheila Dennison. Loving father of Stephen (Madeleine), Norah, Maureen Driscoll (Paul) and Sean (Shelley True). Devoted Grandpa to Matthew, Colin, Erin and Patrick. Dear brother of Margaret Bolton, James (Sylvia), Sheila Stewart (John), Ethna Ford (Douglas), Jack, Paul (Norma) and the late Donal (Stasia), Michael and Kathleen McManus. Also remembered by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent Street from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Funeral Mass Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Patrick's Basilica, followed by cremation. Donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
