Saturday, May 11, 2002, in Ottawa. Robert W. Dowson, age 82. Beloved husband of the late Rita West. Dear father of Arlene (Robert Towers), Lorna (Barry Winikoff) and Jim (Deborah). Loving grandfather of Joanne, Lynn, Ian, Alexandra, Samantha, and Alex. Only brother of Lil Street, Eleanor Gibson, and Barbara Markland. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Predeceased by a sister Dorothy. Friends may pay respects at Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Road (east of Bank) Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Wednesday to Perley & Rideau Veterans Health Centre, Lupton Hall/ Chapel, at 11:00 a.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery.
