Suddenly, Wednesday, May 15, 2002, at home. Agostino Giusseppe Piamonte, age 79. Born in Palermo, Sicily, he will be sadly missed by all thosewho knew and loved him. Beloved husband of Herta Raff. Dear father of Mario (Lynn Burton) and John (Rhonda Clark), Vancouver; Victor, Germany; Robert (Marie Lamirande); Dennis (Rebecca Hoskins); Edward (Lona Porter); Eileen (Michael Thatcher); Sylvia (Richard Sokoluk). Loving brother of Vita Randazzo and Grazia Gamberoni of Palermo, Sicily. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Salvatore of Ottawa. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Road (east of Bank) Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday to St. Anthony's Church for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11:00 a.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.
