On Sunday, May 19, 2002, 2 months before his 79th birthday, Keith left our world to begin his life eternal. For 48 years he was the adored husband and constant companion of Joan (nee Allam, formerly of Montreal) and the devoted son of the late Mildred and Ernest Bradley of Mansonville, Quebec. Keith earned an undergraduate degree in Agriculture from McDonald College of McGill University and a graduate degree in Extension Education from the University of Vermont. His career focussed in the area of public participation and community development, first in Quebec, then in Vermont and later with the Public Service of Canada. Passionate about his forebearers, United Empire Loyalists, Keith loved the land. This connection was reflected in the grounds of his home and in his principal hobbies of woodworking and photography. His loving "family" and friends will long remember his wisdom, his unfailing support, his quiet humour and his generosity of spirit. Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. The Ottawa Citizen, 21-05-2002
