Peacefully at home, surrounded by her loved ones, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, May 21, 2002 at the age of 66. Beloved wife of the late Adamo. Loving mother of Tony (Franca), Rino (Angela) and Tina (George Jeffrey), all of Ottawa. Dear grandmother of Adam, Alexandra and Adamo. Dear sister of Tittina (Pasquale Cellucci and the late Matteo Valente) and Teresa (the late Giovanni IanniAlice). Survived by sisters-in-law Anita (Amerigo Capuano) and Maria (the late Corrado Lagrasta). Maria will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and many friends. Family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road on Thursday from 2-5 and 7-10 p.m. Funeral Mass Friday, May 24, 2002 at 10 a.m. in Madonna della Risurrezione Church, 1621 Fisher Avenue, Ottawa.
