(December 15, 1913) - (May 21, 2002) (OF ALMONTE) Peacefully in hospital, Almonte, Ontario on Tuesday, May 21, 2002, at age 88. Monica Mary Forrest, beloved wife of the late Martin John Ryan and daughter of the late Edward Forrest and Annie McGuire and step-father Sylvester Finner. Dear mother of Marjorie (Mrs. Jack Facette), Perth; Madesta (the late Angus Pasco), Ottawa; Vincent Ryan, Ottawa; Marion (Mrs. Vincent O'Connor), Ashton and Irene (Mrs. Bill Curtin), Belleville. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 1 son Leonard and by 2 brothers Vincent and Joseph. Friends may call at the Kerry Funeral Home, 154 Elgin Street, Almonte for visiting on Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m. Funeral to Holy Name of Mary Church, Almonte for Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Michael's Parish Cemetery, Corkery.
