1912 - 2002 Passed away peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Friday, May 24, 2002. Mary was a long time resident of Kanata Care Centre, Kanata, Ontario. Mary Elizabeth Armstrong (nee Brydges) born June 15, 1912, daughter of the late Joseph Brydges and Mary MacFarlane of Springtown, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Armstrong, predeceased in 1960. Left to mourn are two sisters Goldie Moore of Burnstown, ON and Laura LeBlanc of Lunenburg, ON. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Lorne, Gordon, and James Brydges. Funeral Service will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd.) on Sunday at 2 p.m. A donation in memory of Mary to the Springtown Cemetery or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
