After a lengthy illness, surrounded by family, on Saturday, June 1, 2002 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Sylvia Lewis. Devoted father of Ilona (the late Dr. David Feldman), Steven (Ann) and Joy (Dennis) Jacuk. Loving brother of Larry (Yetta), Dorothy (Herb) Nadolny and the late Louie Arron. Proud grandpa of Jonathan, Kayla, Jordan, Mark, Jamie, Michael, Carly and Benjamin. Jack will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service was held on Sunday, June 2, 2002 at the Jewish Memorial Chapel. Shiva will be observed at 3645 Revelstoke Drive.
